Can you just sand and reseal my deck?
If the deck is structurally sound, restoration may be suitable.
However, sanding and resealing will not fix structural issues such as rotting joists, unstable posts or non-compliant balustrades. A structural assessment is always completed before cosmetic restoration.
Will restoration make my deck look new again?
Restoration improves appearance significantly, but final results depend on the condition of the existing timber. Severely aged or structurally compromised decks may not achieve a “new build” finish.
Do you offer maintenance programs?
Yes. We offer bi-annual or annual recurring maintenance programs for decks on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
